Effective date: September 3, 2026. This policy applies to vtxgroup.net.

Who we are

VTX Group (“VTX Group,” “we,” “us”) is a supply-chain, sourcing, and manufacturing operating partner domiciled at Circuito Elba 870, Residencial Amberes, León, Guanajuato, México, C.P. 37235. VTX Group is the data controller (responsable) for the personal data described in this policy.

Because VTX Group is domiciled in México, this notice is written to serve as our Aviso de Privacidad under the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (LFPDPPP) and its Reglamento, in addition to describing our practices in plain English for visitors outside México.

What personal data we collect

We collect personal data in two ways: what you give us directly, and basic technical data collected automatically by our hosting provider.

Data you provide

When you submit our “Book Assessment” form, we collect: full name, email address, brand or company name, product category, target monthly volume, timeline, and any message or details you choose to share about your product or sourcing needs. All fields marked required must be completed to submit the form; the rest are optional.

If you email or call us directly, we collect whatever personal data is contained in that communication (for example, your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message).

Data collected automatically

This site is hosted on Netlify. Like most web hosts, Netlify's infrastructure generates standard technical logs for security and operation purposes, which can include IP address, browser type, device type, and pages requested. We do not currently run any analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on this site, and we do not use these logs to build individual visitor profiles.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The only client-side storage we use is a single browser localStorage entry that remembers your English/Spanish language preference (key: vtx-lang) so you don't have to reselect it on every page. This preference is stored only on your own device and is never transmitted to us. If we add analytics, advertising, or other tracking technology in the future, we will update this policy and add a cookie consent notice before doing so.

Why we process your data (purposes)

We use the personal data described above to: respond to your sourcing assessment request; evaluate whether your product and volume fit our sourcing and manufacturing capabilities; contact you by email or phone about your inquiry; keep internal business records of prospective and active client relationships; and, where legally required, comply with accounting, tax, or regulatory obligations.

We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making that produces legal effects, and we do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Who we share data with

Form submissions are processed and delivered to us through Netlify Forms, a third-party service that operates the underlying form infrastructure for this site. Netlify acts as a data processor (encargado) on our behalf and is contractually and technically restricted to handling the data as needed to deliver form submissions to us.

We may also share personal data with service providers who support our internal operations, such as email and business software providers, always limited to what those providers need to perform their function for us. We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

International data transfers

Netlify's infrastructure may process and store data on servers located outside México, including in the United States. By submitting your data through our forms, you acknowledge this transfer, which we limit to what is necessary to operate the site and process your request, consistent with the LFPDPPP's requirements for transfers to processors acting on our behalf.

How long we keep your data

We retain assessment requests and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, maintain our business records, and comply with legal, accounting, or tax obligations. If we do not move forward with a business relationship, we periodically review and delete personal data that is no longer needed for these purposes.

Your ARCO rights

Under the LFPDPPP, you have the right to Access the personal data we hold about you, Rectify it if it is inaccurate or incomplete, Cancel it (request its deletion) when it is no longer necessary or you withdraw consent, and Oppose specific uses of it, even where you originally consented. These are known as your ARCO rights (Acceso, Rectificación, Cancelación, Oposición).

You may also withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal data at any time, and limit its use or disclosure. To exercise any of these rights, email info@vtxgroup.net with your request and enough information for us to locate your records (for example, the name and email address you used on our form). We will acknowledge your request and respond within the timeframes established by the LFPDPPP.

How we protect your data

We limit access to personal data to the people at VTX Group who need it to respond to your inquiry or manage the business relationship, and we rely on our service providers' security measures (including Netlify's) for data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

This site and our services are directed at businesses and business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, and our forms are not intended for use by minors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we add new tools to the site or our data practices change. We will post the revised version here with an updated effective date. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be communicated through a notice on this page.
